We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. The intern will work closely with different teams to ensure smooth execution of operational processes, data management, reporting, and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing daily operational activities and workflows.
• Maintain and update operational records, databases, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for task tracking and follow-ups.
• Monitor process efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards.
• Support vendor, client, and stakeholder coordination when required.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping.
• Assist in handling administrative and operational tasks.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support business decisions.
• Help implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
