As an Associate in Corporate Banking Capital Strats, you will work closely with Strats, business, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams in Mumbai and global locations to develop quantitative analytics, forecasting tools, and scalable solutions for capital, expected credit loss, financial resource management, and performance decision-making. You will translate business and regulatory requirements into robust implementations, primarily using Python and C++, while maintaining strong standards for control, data quality, and documentation.

Your key responsibilities
• Develop analytics and forecasting tools for capital, expected credit loss, risk-weighted assets, and financial resource management

• Understand business and regulatory requirements, decompose complex problems, and design practical end-to-end solutions

• Build, enhance, test, and maintain scalable applications and analytical libraries using Python and C++

• Source, analyze, and validate financial, risk, default, and recovery data; design tables and relational data structures where required

• Support model development, calibration, scenario analysis, and production implementation with appropriate d
