Position Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Deltek is looking for a Salesforce Development Tech Lead to lead and grow our Bangalore-based Salesforce engineering team.



In this role you will manage a team of approximately six to eight Salesforce Engineers — a mix of Administrators and Developers — while remaining hands-on in building out Salesforce features. You will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the team, ensure best practices, and follow Salesforce's guiding principles, all while collaborating closely with a USA-based team and supporting USA-based customers.

This role is based in the greater Bangalore area and may be performed Remote or Hybrid, with occasional visits to the Deltek Bangalore offices. To support close collaboration with U.S. teams and customers, this role works Eastern Time (ET) zone hours.

Deltek's Salesforce instance has a Sales Cloud focus. Deltek is an AI-forward organization, and this role is expected to leverage AI where appropriate to improve delivery velocity, quality, and the overall developer and end-user experience.
