The Manager, Accounting is responsible for both the effective operation and modernization of Greenway Health's accounting function. This leader will oversee critical accounting processes including month-end close, journal entry review, reconciliations, variance analysis, financial reporting, technical accounting, revenue recognition, audit support, and controls while leading initiatives to automate, simplify, and redesign how accounting work is performed.

The role will help advance Greenway's vision of Autonomous Accounting and a zero-day close. Success will be measured by the ability to improve close efficiency, reduce manual effort,



increase automation, strengthen controls, and deliver faster financial insight using Greenway's finance systems, data, analytics, and Microsoft technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations & Controllership

• Own and support recurring close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, accruals, reclasses, adjusting entries, financial reporting, audit support, and control execution.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with both US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
• Develop, as required, and maintain financial governance standards that support financial reporting integrity and ensure audit-readiness, including strong documentation of policies, procedures and controls.
• Partner with Legal, Sales, Revenue Operations, FP&A;, and other cross-functional business stakeholders on contracts, revenue recognition, accounting conclusions, and financial insights.
