Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Develop user-centered designs, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate the intended user experience.
• Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Translate complex concepts into user-friendly designs that enhance usability and improve overall user satisfaction.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and design critiques.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and incorporate them into design solutions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns and promotional materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
Skills & Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design, preferably in a digital agency or product-based ecommerce company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user interface design, user experience design, and graphic design.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
