- Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and manufacturer recommendations.
- Allocate daily work areas and activities to waterproofing workers.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure proper application procedures are followed
- Monitor daily material usage and maintain consumption records
- Supervise waterproofing applicators and labourers.
- Monitor daily manpower and productivity.
