Perform JVM Heap Dump Thread Dump Analysis and investigate performance issues.
Troubleshoot, validate report customer-reported bugs.
Provide support fixes for AEM issues where applicable.

Required Candidate profile

Handle customer technical queries and resolve issues within defined timelines.
Work closely with customers to understand their technical and business requirements.
Collaborate with Engineering
