- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in hospital operations/IPD management
- Robust knowledge of inpatient operations, admission & discharge procedures
- Experience in handling NABH standards and hospital quality protocols
- Ability to manage patient satisfaction and grievance handling
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in hospital management systems and MIS reporting.
