Team Overview

Brief Introduction to the team: Were the Loyalty India engineering team within Expedia Groups Membership Engagement org, and we build the NorthStar (N) Loyalty Platform, the core system powering rewards, membership, and earn/burn experiences across Brand Expedia, Hotels.com , and Vrbo. Millions of travelers interact with what we ship every day, from earning points on a booking to redeeming them for their next trip. On the tech side, we work across the full stack,



building customer-facing UI with React.js and our Aerofoil/SDUI framework, and backend services in Java and Spring Boot running on AWS. Were also leaning into agentic AI tools like Claude, Codex, and Cursor to speed up how we build and ship. Its a fast-paced, cooperative team that values ownership, curiosity, and learning by doing, and youd get to work closely with product, design, and engineers across geographies on problems that directly move the needle for One Key and our loyalty programs.
