Key Areas of Responsibility
- Financial & Pricing Analysis
- Generate sales quotes for new and reorder items.
- Create P&L; statements using cost formulas (FOB, Margin, Freight, Label, OpEx).
- Calculate profit margins based on Cost and Freight (CNF) to beat minimum thresholds.
- Logistics & Cost Optimization
- Coordinate with Logistics to secure freight rates and build CNF price lists.
- Analyze order quantities and routing to maximize order profitability.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the main liaison connecting Sales and Supply Chain teams.
- Collaborate closely with the BPM External Team.
- Data & Process Management
- Maintain up-to-date supplier records in SAP and SharePoint.
- Report SAP pricing discrepancies to the BPM External Team.
- Identify and escalate continuous process improvements to management.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Previous experience in a similar role in Export Import logistics industry is required.
- Analytical skills related to supply chain, logistics, and pricing
- Possess solid PC operational knowledge along with MS Office applications experience.
- Solid verbal/written communication skills.
- Organization skills (prioritize, plan, assign and control) and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Detail oriented, Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to work and think independently, while still being part of a team.
- Min. 3 years' exp. in rate quoting, pricing and documentation
- Computer Proficient; MS Excel, SAP, Any other ERP
