Job Summary

Role purpose As a Senior Associate Integration Interface Configuration and testing, responsible for the end-to-end lifecycleincluding configuration, deployment, upgrades, and supportof critical hospitality interfaces and fiscal integration platforms such as IFC8, IFC, OPI, Fiscal, and EFSTA, troubleshooting and patching to keep the application components up to date.

Responsibilities

- Native integration Own the configuration, implementation, upgrade and support of IFC8, IFC, OPI, fiscal and EFSTA integrations.
- Analyse interface traffic, logs, queues, services and configuration to isolate faults across OPERA and third-party systems.
- Support integration testing, cutover, rollback and technical validation for recent properties, upgrades and changes.
- Work with Oracle and third-party vendors on defects, compatibility issues and product fixes.
- Automation and operational resilience Improve monitoring, alerting, technical documentation, recovery procedures and knowledge transfer.
- Lead technical investigation during high-impact incidents and complete evidence-based root cause analysis.
- Functional collaboration Apply OPERA Cloud functional knowledge when diagnosing reservation, profile, cashiering, room, posting, payment, interface and end-of-day issues.
- Translate between hotel operations, application support,



infrastructure, database teams, Oracle and vendors.
- Provide technical mentoring and act as the escalation point for difficult integration problems.
- knowledge knowledge of OPERA Cloud hotel workflows is mandatory.
- Understanding of reservations, profiles, room inventory, check-in, check-out, cashiering, postings, payments, interfaces and end-of-day processing.
- Ability to assess whether an issue originates in hotel configuration, integration logic, operating system, connectivity or a third-party product.

Qualifications and Certifications

- Essential ITIL Foundation certification.
- Relevant Oracle Hospitality product-level certification covering OPERA Cloud andor integration products.
- Demonstrable technical training or certification, Windows Server or PowerShell, or equivalent verified experience.
- Desirable Microsoft Windows Server, Azure or PowerShell certification.
- Security, networking or service management certification relevant to enterprise production support.
