- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, clients and consultants.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Review drawings and coordinate with relevant teams for any technical issues.
- Take measurements and maintain necessary site records.
- Monitor material requirements and minimize material wastage.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Ensure proper compliance with safety and construction procedures.
- Prepare regular progress updates and report site issues to management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site engineering.
- Should have practical knowledge of site execution and project coordination.
- Must be able to understand and implement drawings, BOQ and technical specifications.
- Should be comfortable coordinating with workers, contractors, clients and consultants.
- Candidates with experience in handling site responsibilities independently will be preferred.
