Role & Responsibilities

- Assist the production team in daily manufacturing and shop-floor activities.
- Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Support supervisors and senior team members in achieving daily production targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Assist in monitoring production quality and identifying process deviations.
- Maintain production records, reports, checklists, and other relevant documentation.
- Support 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments for smooth production operations.
- Help identify and report machine, material, or process-related issues to the concerned team.
- Ensure proper handling of materials, tools, equipment, and finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor.
- Participate in training programs related to production processes, quality, safety, and manufacturing systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with 01 year of experience can apply.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Knowledge of basic engineering drawings and shop-floor practices is preferred.
- Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and quality concepts will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/shop-floor workplace and in shifts when required.
- Strong learning attitude, discipline, and willingness to take responsibility.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards.
- Candidates who are proactive, adaptable, and interested in building a career in Production & Manufacturing Operations are preferred.
