Role & Responsibilities

- Review and moderate user-generated content as per defined policies.
- Identify and take action on policy-violating content.
- Maintain high quality, accuracy & productivity.
- Handle sensitive content professionally.
- Escalate complex cases when required.

Requirements

- 1+ years of relevant Content Moderation experience Mandatory
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Valuable English communication & comprehension.
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable with rotational/night shifts.
- Willing to work from office in Hyderabad.
