Osseous Surgicals. is a leading manufacturer of Orthopaedic Implants based in Morbi, Gujarat. We are hiring an experienced VMC Setter-Operator who can handle machine setting and job proving independently.

Responsibilities:

- Operate VMC Machine and achieve daily production targets.

- Loading and unloading of jobs as per SOP.

- Check parts as per drawing using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other instruments.

- Monitor machine operations and ensure quality of finished components.

- Maintain daily production reports and machine cleanliness.

- Follow safety guidelines and company policies.

- Perform Job Setting on VMC Machine with Fanuc / Siemens Controller.

- Create, Edit and Prove CNC Programs (G-Code, M-Code).

- Set Tool Offset, Work Offset (G54 etc.) and select proper tooling.





- Take first piece approval from Quality and set parameters for mass production.

- Guide and manage VMC Operators on the shop floor.

- Troubleshoot machining problems and reduce rejection.

- Handle Orthopedic Implant jobs will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.

- Knowledge of VMC Operating and basic drawing reading.

-Minimum 2 years of experience as VMC Setter.

- Ready to work in 12 hours shift.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
