- Should have hands-on experience with Outlook Configuration.
- Given Remote support and ticketing tool experience.
- Troubleshooting, domain, and software support.
- The person will be giving centralised support to the client.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate - before or 2024 passout - Technical Graduate (BSc- computer science), Btech, BCA or 3yrs Polytechnic Diploma.
