We are looking for an Operations Manager to manage day-to-day lending operations and ensure loans are processed, disbursed, collected, reconciled and closed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily loan processing, sanction and disbursement operations
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Collections, Finance and Technology
- Ensure accurate LMS, bank and MIS reconciliation
- Monitor loan processing and disbursement TATs
- Manage loan closures, pre-closures and customer requests
- Maintain operational reports and daily MIS
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC and process adherence
- Identify operational errors, gaps and leakages
- Create and maintain SOPs and process checklists
- Supervise the operations team and allocate daily tasks
- Support automation and process improvement

Requirements

- 35 years of experience in handling operations, fintech, lending, NBFC or financial services(preferred)
- Positive understanding of the loan lifecycle
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and MIS skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage a team and work independently
