- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and process export documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Manage inventory levels by tracking stock movements, monitoring storage capacity, and optimizing warehouse space.
- Analyze shipment data to identify trends and areas for improvement in logistics operations.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in logistics or a related field (e.g., shipping).
- Solid knowledge of document preparation procedures for international trade (export/import).
- Familiarity with ocean freight forwarding processes and regulations.
- Basic understanding of supply chain management principles.
