We are looking for Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our manufacturing operations in Jaipur. The role offers hands-on exposure to production planning, process improvement, quality control, and shop-floor operations within a jewellery manufacturing setting.
This is an excellent starting point for engineering graduates to build a career in manufacturing and operations, working closely with senior production and quality teams while learning end-to-end plant processes.
- Support daily production planning, scheduling, and shop-floor execution.
- Assist in monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines.
- Learn and support quality control checks and inspection processes at various production stages.
- Work with senior engineers and production supervisors to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
- Support documentation of production data, process reports, and quality records.
- Participate in process improvement, cost optimization, and efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and standard operating procedures on the shop floor.
- Rotate across departments as required to gain broad exposure to manufacturing operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality tools.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong willingness to learn, good analytical ability, and a hands-on attitude.
