- Manage and coordinate LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, WELL, or EDGE green building certification requirements for projects.
- Conduct energy, water, and resource efficiency assessments to improve building performance.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP designs to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
- Support energy modeling, daylight analysis, and carbon footprint assessments for projects.
- Recommend and implement sustainable materials, renewable energy, and green building solutions.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability guidelines.
- Prepare ESG, sustainability, and environmental compliance reports for management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams to achieve project sustainability goals.
