1. ROLE PURPOSE
The Party Coordinator cum Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing
birthday parties, school visits, group bookings, customer relationships and event coordination at
the Game Zone.
The position requires a highly presentable, energetic and confident female individual with
excellent communication, relationship-building and coordination skills.
Handle enquiries for birthday parties, school outings, group visits and special events.
Explain available party packages, activities, food options, game inclusions and pricing to
customers.
Coordinate the complete party journey from enquiry to final execution.
Understand customer requirements and prepare suitable party packages.
Coordinate with the Game Zone, Caf, Housekeeping, Security and Guest Relations
teams for party arrangements.
Ensure the party area is properly prepared before guest arrival.
Coordinate decorations, cake arrangements, food, games, activities and other customer
requirements.
Welcome the birthday child, parents and guests.
Ensure smooth coordination throughout the event.
Monitor the party schedule and ensure activities are conducted on time.
Handle last-minute customer requirements professionally.
Take feedback after the event and maintain customer relationships for future bookings.
Maintain proper records of party enquiries, confirmed bookings, cancellations and
completed events.
Act as a primary point of contact for party and group customers.




Build strong and long-term relationships with parents, schools, institutions and corporate
clients.

Follow up with enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other approved
communication channels.
Maintain regular communication with previous customers for repeat bookings.
Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the concerned department
for resolution.
Ensure customers receive accurate information regarding pricing, packages, timings,
offers and facilities.
Maintain a skilled and friendly relationship with VIP and repeat customers.
Collect customer feedback and communicate recurring issues to management.
Maintain a database of customers, schools, institutions and potential clients.
Identify schools, colleges, coaching centres, activity centres and other suitable
institutions in the target area.
Develop school outings and student group packages in coordination with management.

Job timing :- 10 :30 AM to 7 :30 PM (weekends as per roster)

Work on weekends and holidays
Work during peak hours and special events.
