Operate injection moulding machines as per production plan
Perform mould setting,changeover&troubleshooting;
Handle auxiliary equipment like MTC, Chiller, Dryer&Robots;
Conduct new tool trials&development; activities
Follow 5S, Kaizen&ISO; 9001 practices

Required Candidate profile

Exp.in mould setting&changeover;¶meter setting
Troubleshooting &resolving; quality/process issues
Understanding of 5S, Kaizen& ISO 9001 Mfg
Able to work in 3 rotational shifts&6 day working schedule
