- Oversee Daily Hospital OperationsEnsure smooth functioning of all clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Monitor patient flow, admissions, discharges, and service delivery.
- Coordinate Between DepartmentsFacilitate effective communication among doctors, nursing staff, diagnostics, pharmacy, and support services.
