We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our BPO Voice Process!

Position: Customer Support Executive
Process: Voice / Inbound Customer Support
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Location: Bangalore
Salary: 6.5 Lakhs
Shift: US / UK shift
Working Days: 5 Days
Languages: Good communication in English.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls professionally

- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

- Maintain excellent customer service standards

- Follow company processes and quality guidelines

Candidate Requirements

- Valuable verbal communication skills

- Customer-focused attitude

- Basic computer knowledge

- Willingness to work in shifts
