Location: Chennai / Bangalore
Experience: 8+ Years
Role: Technical Lead - Java

Key Skills
• Solid experience in Java 11, 17, or 21
• Strong knowledge of Spring Core and Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with Distributed Systems and Microservices
• AWS experience is mandatory
• Team leadership along with strong hands-on development experience
• Maven, JUnit, Mockito, SQL, and REST APIs
• Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Shell Scripting
• RabbitMQ and asynchronous processing
• Good understanding of Agile and Scrum
• Knowledge of React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or Cursor
