Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Android Developer with 3-6 years of hands-on Android development experience and exposure to Android Automotive OS (AAOS), Embedded Android, or automotive/vehicle platforms.

The candidate should have strong experience in Kotlin and Java, Android SDK, Android Framework components, application architecture, hardware integration, and connectivity technologies. The role involves developing Android applications for digital cockpit, infotainment, instrument cluster, and connected vehicle platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and maintain Android applications for automotive and connected vehicle platforms.
- Develop clean and scalable applications using Kotlin and Java.
- Work with Android Framework components such as Activities, Services, Broadcast Receivers, Content Providers, and IPC.
- Integrate Android applications with vehicle data, CAN signals, sensors, hardware peripherals, and connectivity modules.
- Develop HMI features for digital instrument clusters, infotainment, and in-vehicle applications.
- Work with Bluetooth/BLE, Wi-Fi, GPS/GNSS, USB, and serial communication interfaces.
- Integrate REST APIs, WebSocket, MQTT, JSON, and cloud/backend services.
- Support OTA software update and firmware integration workflows.
- Debug and resolve application, memory, performance, and system-level issues.




- Optimize applications for performance, stability, memory usage, and boot time.
- Collaborate with embedded, hardware, cloud

Required Skills:

- 3-6 years of hands-on Android development experience.
- Strong programming knowledge of Kotlin and Java.
- Strong understanding of Android SDK and Android Framework.
- Experience with Android lifecycle, Services, Broadcast Receivers, Content Providers, and IPC.
- Knowledge of MVVM/MVC/MVP architecture.
- Understanding of Android threading, Coroutines, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, and networking.
- Experience/exposure to Bluetooth/BLE, Wi-Fi, GPS/GNSS, USB, or Serial communication.
- Good debugging skills using Android Studio, ADB, Logcat, and system logs.
- Positive knowledge of Git and software development practices.

Must-Have / Preferred Automotive Skills

- Exposure to Android Automotive OS (AAOS), AOSP, or Embedded Android.
- Familiarity with CAN Bus, vehicle data, ECU communication, or automotive communication protocols.
- Experience/exposure to MQTT, WebSocket, IoT, or cloud connectivity.
- Exposure to OTA update mechanisms or firmware integration.
- Experience with automotive, EV, connected vehicle, digital cockpit, infotainment, or embedded systems will be highly relevant.
