Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company.
- Oversee corporate finance functions including fund raising, taxation, and investor relations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance on mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, and other major financing transactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in accountancy or related field (CA preferred).
- Strong expertise in areas such as accounting standards (AS), auditing standards (IFRS), direct taxes (income tax), indirect taxes (VAT/Service Tax), FEMA regulations etc. .
- Proven track record of success in managing complex financial projects from concept to execution.
