Required Technical and Skilled Expertise:

- Bachelor??s degree in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in PMO, project management, transition management, or business operations.
- Experience in Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or Finance & Accounting operations preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

- Strong project planning and coordination skills.




- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Governance compliance and audit readiness.
- Resource utilization and budget adherence.
- Transition and transformation projects.
- Finance & Accounting processes (PTP, OTC, RTR).
