About the Role

Elite Butlers Academy is looking for a smart, well-presented, and digitally savvy hospitality professional to help develop and grow our professional butler, luxury hospitality, and private household training programs.

This is not just a trainer role. The person will support course development, training execution, digital content, candidate admissions, sales and institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop training presentations, manuals, SOPs, workbooks, assessments, and course material.
- Create professional PowerPoint/Canva presentations, brochures, sales decks and digital content.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve training and content development.
- Handle candidate enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, registrations and course conversions.
- Reach out to hotel management colleges, hospitality institutes, hotels and other potential partners.
- Coordinate trainers, guest faculty, venues, practical sessions, assessments and certifications.
- Conduct selected training sessions based on individual expertise.
- Support Academy marketing, webinars, workshops, social media and course-launch campaigns.
- Develop corporate training proposals and institutional partnership presentations.




- Track enquiries, admissions, partnerships, training outcomes and Academy revenue.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 3-7 years preferred
Background: Hospitality, luxury hotels, LD/training, hotel management education, aviation, hospitality sales or training academies.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Excellent in communication and presentation
- Strong with PowerPoint, Canva, Excel and AI tools
- Creative, commercially minded and digitally savvy
- Confident speaking with candidates, colleges and corporate clients
- Organised and capable of independently executing projects
- Comfortable conducting presentations, webinars and training
- Willing to travel across India and internationally when required

Hotel Management/Hospitality qualification preferred. UAE/GCC exposure is an advantage.

Growth Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to help build Elite Butlers Academy from the ground up, with potential progression to Academy Training Manager and eventually Head - Elite Butlers Academy across India, UAE and international markets.
