Job Description: Gangwal Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced and dedicated Operators for our Production Department in Boisar. We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor pharmaceutical and nutraceutical production machines.
- Handle core manufacturing and packaging processes including Granulation, Compression, Coating, Blister Packing, and Sachet Packing.
- Ensure operations align with SOPs and GMP guidelines.
- Perform routine machine checks, basic troubleshooting, and maintain hygiene in the production area.
- Accurately complete production records and documentation.
- Coordinate with supervisors and quality control teams to achieve daily production targets.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing.
- Availability: Must be ready to work in rotational shifts.
- Attributes: Valuable understanding of GMP, disciplined, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
