Role & Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the LAP sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Take ownership of team performance, productivity, and overall business achievement.
- Drive Loan Against Property (LAP) business through direct sales and channel partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders, and other sourcing channels.
- Generate and convert leads through the complete sales cycle from Lead Login Sanction Disbursement.
- Ensure achievement of assigned business targets and budgets while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and business volume.
- Monitor individual team member performance, conversion ratios, productivity, and target achievement.
- Conduct regular market visits and support the team in generating new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements, property details, income profiles, and loan eligibility.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Technical, Legal, and other internal teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads, documentation, sanctions, and disbursements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners while developing current relationships.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, sales dashboards, and performance reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, compliance requirements, and portfolio quality standards.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to support growth.
- Take complete ownership of team targets, business budget, productivity, and overall sales performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
- 38 years of relevant experience in LAP, Mortgage, Housing Finance, Secured Loans, NBFC, or Banking Sales.
- Strong experience in team handling, sales management, and channel management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business budgets.
- Strong experience in developing and managing DSA, Connector, Broker, and Channel Partner networks.
- Valuable understanding of the LAP/Mortgage/Secured Lending market and end-to-end loan processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and drive a sales team toward monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Strong ownership of team productivity, business targets, budget achievement, and portfolio quality.
- Good CIBIL/credit score with a satisfactory personal credit history.
- Candidates should have active loan obligations that are within a manageable range of their income, preferably with total monthly EMI obligations not exceeding 50- 60% of monthly salary/income.
- Candidates should demonstrate responsible financial behaviour, timely repayment history, and no significant payment defaults/overdues.
- Candidates with a proven track record of earning performance-based incentives in their current or previous organization will be preferred.
- Target-oriented individual with strong accountability for business results.
- Willingness to travel locally for market visits and business development activities.
