BE In Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial Engineering with 4 to 10yrs of relevant industry experience in Mechanical Design & Drafting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support engineering projects Concepts creation, Modelling support , drawing and documentation
- Creating/updating CAD Models/ drawing for sheet metal, machined parts, complex assemblies, gasline weldments etc
- Documenting and releasing engineering drawings & bills of material using Engineering Change Management and Working on resolution of documentation quality issue / Supplier build issues
- Implementing design/design changes for easy to medium complex parts
- Selects OEM parts per design requirement with guidance from mechanical Engineers and adheres to established processes / BKMs/ Standards
Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:
- Experience in creating simple to medium complex subsystem models/assemblies using Unigraphics NX
- Experience in reading understanding and creating/ reviewing manufacturing drawings & specifications using Unigraphics -NX
- Proficiency in applying Engineering basics and Design/ Documentation Standards
- Experience in selection of OEM Components Like O ring, Gaskets, Hydraulic/ Pneumatic Fitting, Fasteners and other hardware
Desirable Skills:
- Exposure to various fabrication methods(Sheetmetal &Machining;
- Experience in Unigraphics – NX routing & qualification process( electrical / mechanical)
- Experience in working with Teamcenter and PLM( SAP or any other similar software)
- Knowledge and exposure to ANSI,ASME,AWS,SAE,ISO,SEMI standards applicable to semiconductor Industry
- Experience in CAD data migration to NX
