This is a structured Returnship Program designed to enable and empower women to restart their skilled careers after a career break.

Selected candidates will:

- Receive training to refresh technical and professional skills.
- Gain exposure to current software development tools, technologies, and practices
- Progress into hands-on internship-style project assignments with product and engineering teams on training completion
- Work on real projects involving development, testing, debugging, documentation, and product activities
- Receive guidance and support from experienced team members throughout the program
- Be evaluated based on learning, performance, technical capability, communication, and ownership
- Have the opportunity to be considered for full-time employment based on successful completion of the program, performance, and business requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with product and engineering teams on software development activities




- Assist with coding, debugging, testing, and product improvement
- Participate in requirement discussions, technical discussions, and product planning
- Support preparation and maintenance of product and technical documentation
- Perform functional testing and report bugs, usability issues, and observations
- Conduct basic product, user, or competitor research when required
- Collaborate with development, QA, design, and product teams
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and Agile activities
- Learn and follow software development, testing, documentation, and coding practices
- Refresh existing skills and learn new tools, technologies, and product workflows
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and project activities with guidance from the team
