Key Responsibilities
- Lead the departments academic planning, curriculum development, teaching, and accreditation activities.
- Manage faculty and staff, teaching schedules, assessments, student support, and professional development.
- Strong academic and leadership skills.
- Promote research, consultancy and partnerships with industry and qualified organizations.
- Represent the department, monitor its performance, and lead quality improvement initiatives.
- Prepare departmental reports and improvement plans using student and performance data.
