We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Banking Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and banking coordination. The role requires strong practical knowledge of SAP accounting, accuracy in financial records, and regular interaction with banks for routine financial transactions and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & SAP Operations
- Handle daily accounting entries, vouchers, and ledger posting in SAP
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in line with accounting standards
- Perform bank entries, journal entries, and reconciliations in SAP
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Banking & Coordination
- Coordinate with banks for account-related matters, documentation, and follow-ups
- Manage bank transactions, fund transfers, and payment processing
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements regularly
- Assist in resolving banking discrepancies and queries
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records
- Assist in audits by providing required financial data and explanations
- Support statutory and internal compliance requirements as needed
Key Skills & Requirements
- Robust knowledge of Accounting principles
- Hands-on experience with SAP (Accounting / Finance modules)
- Experience in bank coordination and reconciliations
- Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Understanding of GST / statutory compliance (preferred)
