Exp-5+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handling SEA FCL & LCL shipments.
- Managing HAZ, NON-HAZ, REEFER, All India ICD shipments, Cross Country shipments, Nominations, and HAZ Tank shipments
- Preparing and submitting quotations to customers and following up until booking confirmation.
- Placing bookings with shipping lines through both online and manual processes.
- Coordinating with shipping lines to obtain booking confirmations.
- Coordinating with customers for pickup and stuffing planning.
- Updating shipment details in the portal and submitting VGM and Loading Lists to shipping lines.
- Sending onboard confirmations to customers.
- Tracking shipments until empty container return.
