Hiring a IT Business Partner -Finance for ghansoli location.

As an IT Business Partner Finance, you will act as the strategic liaison between the Finance function and the IT organization, ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives. You will work closely with Finance stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives, optimize finance processes, and manage enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Finance leadership to understand business needs and translate them into IT solutions.
• Lead and support ERP/Finance application implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.
• Drive digital transformation and process improvement projects across the Finance function.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee UAT, change management, user adoption, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure Finance applications are aligned with business goals and industry best practices.

Preferred Experience:





- IT Business Partner / Business Relationship Manager / Enterprise Applications Manager / ERP Manager / Senior Business Analyst.
• Strong experience with Finance applications or ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, or similar platforms.
• Experience in Finance processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, requirement gathering, vendor management, and project delivery experience.
• Exposure to digital transformation and enterprise application management.
