Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Technician CNC Turn Mill to join our manufacturing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC Turn Mill machine operations, setup, inspection, and basic troubleshooting.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a 3-shift manufacturing environment and have good knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, precision measurement, and manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and set up CNC Turn Mill machines for precision component manufacturing.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining specifications.
- Perform in-process and final inspection using bore gauges, vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Carry out basic troubleshooting of CNC machining processes and equipment.
- Ensure components are manufactured according to specified quality and dimensional requirements.
- Follow 5S, Lean Manufacturing, EHS, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation related to production and quality.




- Work independently while coordinating effectively with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Follow all safety and manufacturing standards in a 3-shift working workplace.

- Willingness to work in a 3-shift environment.
