we are hiring fir Insurance non voice (Property & Casualty)

- Location: Bangalore
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Shift: 9 am - 7pm
- Joining: Immediate to 30 days

- SME Up to 7 LPA

Eligibility:

Any Graduate

Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute P&C; Insurance processes (Claims & Underwriting)
- Handle claims back-office operations and policy lifecycle management
- Ensure compliance with international insurance regulations
- Work on commercial lines of business in the P&C; domain
- Review and process US insurance policy documents with accuracy
- Perform premium validations, endorsements, and policy renewals
- Coordinate with onshore teams and brokers for policy-related queries
- Maintain SLA, quality standards,



and compliance in daily operations

- Handle process-related escalations and provide timely resolutions to team members, Provide guidance and support to team members on complex Property & Casualty cases and process queries.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of relevant qualified experience.
- Experience in P&C; Insurance is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
