We are looking for an experienced Workday Senior Analyst / SSE with solid hands-on expertise in Workday Reporting and Security. The role requires experience across Workday HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence modules, with the ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Workday solutions based on business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Configure and manage the Workday Security Framework.
- Work across HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting to maintain data quality.
- Support Workday integrations, including EIBs and APIs.
- Understand and work with the Workday data model and Business Process Framework.
- Support global HR systems and users across different business functions.
Qualifications
- B-Tech, M-Tech, MCA.
