Role & responsibilities
- Develop new B2B business through hospitals, clinics, doctors and corporate tie-ups.
- Generate and convert leads into regular diagnostic business.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors and corporate clients.
- Promote Vision's diagnostic tests, health packages and home collection services.
- Develop corporate health check-up and preventive healthcare opportunities.
- Increase test volumes from existing and recent B2B accounts.
- Generate B2C leads through local marketing, health camps and community outreach.
- Ensure client satisfaction, follow-ups and long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate with laboratory and collection teams for smooth client service.
- Achieve monthly business, lead-generation and revenue targets.
