Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits within the assigned territory
- Explain the Egocentric AI Data Collection Project in a clear and straightforward manner
- Generate and convert leads into project participants
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and communities
- Meet daily and weekly outreach targets
- Record field activities and maintain reports using a smartphone
- Represent IndiVillage professionally during all field interactions

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Diploma / Any Graduate




- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in field sales, marketing, business development, or customer acquisition is an advantage
- Good communication skills in the regional language and/or Hindi, as applicable to the assigned location
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with daily field work
- Basic smartphone proficiency
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
