Role & responsibilities

- Having Complete Know-How for AC & DC interference studies with software simulation of buried pipelines & other utilities.

- The Engineer will be responsible for reviewing and validating the input data received.
- Perform Soil Modeling and analysis based on field measurements.

- Perform simulations under normal operating conditions and fault conditions.
- Develop, configure, and validate simulation models based on pipeline, HVAC, power lines, railway, HVDC, grounding, and other relevant electrical infrastructure data

Preferred candidate profile

- Prior hands-on work experience in pipeline AC & DC interference modeling and simulation. CDEGS is preferred
- Positive conceptual understanding of AC & DC interference and cathodic protection & its effects on buried metallic pipeline and other utilities

- Strong coordination skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with site team and client teams to ensure timely and successful completion of project activities.

- Specific training or certification from the software developer or an authorized training provider will be preferred.
