- Bad biscuit detection and rejection: deep learning plus OpenCV contour detection on high-speed industrial cameras, with automatic rejection of defective units. It reached 94% defect detection accuracy.
- Mahindra vehicle pre-delivery inspection: multi-camera checks at inspection stations, matched to each vehicles variant and Bill of Materials through VIN and MES APIs, with edge AI inference, automatic pass or hold decisions and a timestamped audit record.
- AI employee monitoring and compliance: behavioural analytics on Kafka and Spark, with TensorFlow models for baselines, anomaly detection and risk scoring, and a React dashboard for human review.

Internship: AI and Computer Vision Intern

Bangalore | Internship | 3 to 6 months | Open to final-year students and fresh graduates

You will work alongside our AI engineers on real client projects, starting with data and small models and moving toward a full component of an inspection or analytics system.

What you will learn

- How a vision system moves from camera image to a pass or reject decision.
- How to label data, train a defect detection model and measure its accuracy.
- How anomaly detection and risk scoring work on activity data.




- How teams document, test and hand over AI work to a client.

What you will do

- Collect, clean and label image datasets, and apply augmentation.
- Train and test straightforward classification and detection models with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Write OpenCV scripts for preprocessing and contour detection.
- Help build a small dashboard or report that shows model results.
- Record experiments, accuracy numbers and findings in a shared log.
- Present one mini project to the team at the end of the internship.

Who can apply

- Studying or completed Diploma, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech or a related degree.
- Good Python basics and comfort with NumPy and pandas.
- Basic understanding of machine learning; OpenCV or deep learning coursework is a plus.
- A GitHub profile, college project or online course that shows what you have built.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn on real production problems.
