Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst Level II with 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within HCM, HRIS, Talent Management, or Performance Management. The candidate should be experienced in Agile delivery, requirements management, testing, stakeholder engagement, and HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Conduct gap analysis and document current-state and future-state processes.
- Create process flows, business process models, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with HR, business, technology, and product stakeholders.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support system testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Support implementation and change initiatives across HR/HCM platforms.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly delivered.

Mandatory Skills Experience:





- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Robust HCM / HRIS experience
- Experience in Talent Management and/or Performance Management
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- User Stories Acceptance Criteria
- Gap Analysis Process Modeling
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- System, integration, and UAT testing
- Strong stakeholder management and communication

Preferred / Nice to Have:

- Hands-on experience with Talent Performance Management implementations
- Experience with:
- Workday
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Oracle HCM
- UKG
- ADP
- Ramco

- HR transformation / HRIS / Payroll implementation experience
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, Scrum, PSPO, or CBAP
