Role Summary:
Responsible for monitoring and operating production equipment, ensuring secure and efficient plant operations, maintaining process records, supporting quality compliance, and handling emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate plant equipment and process parameters.
- Ensure safe, smooth, and efficient production operations.
- Maintain production records, log sheets, and checklists.
- Coordinate with workers to achieve production targets.
- Identify and report process or equipment abnormalities.
- Ensure proper shift handover to the next operator.
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
- Respond effectively during emergency situations.
