Position: ADAS Lead
Experience: 6 - 10 Yrs
Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Trivandrum
Qualification B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech
Experience: 6+ years in automotive or embedded systems with at least 7 years in ADAS, specifically in perception and platform domains.
Certifications: Preferred certifications in ISO 26262, ASPICE, or related automotive standards.
Track Record: Demonstrated experience in leading ADAS projects, publishing whitepapers, or filing patents
JD:
1. Perception System Development & Optimization
Lead the design and development of perception algorithms including object detection, classification, tracking, and semantic segmentation.
Evaluate and integrate multi-sensor data (camera, radar, LiDAR) for robust environmental modeling.
Optimize perception pipelines for real-time performance on embedded platforms.
2. Platform Architecture & Integration
Architect scalable and modular ADAS platforms supporting perception, decision-making, and control modules.
Ensure seamless integration of perception systems with vehicle ECUs and middleware (e.g., ROS, AUTOSAR).
Collaborate with hardware teams to align platform capabilities with sensor and compute requirements.
4. Innovation & IP Development
Identify emerging trends in perception technologies (e.g., transformer-based models, self-supervised learning).
