Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, pumps, gear boxes, utility equipment, and other mechanical components.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify issues and implement corrective actions using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
- Implement Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce downtime in production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to machinery operation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all aspects of work.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-7 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer or equivalent role.
- Diploma/B.Tech degree from a recognized institution.
- Solid understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, gear box mechanisms, TPM principles, RCA methodologies.
- Proficiency in performing breakdown maintenance, preventative maintenance tasks.
