Hiring an experienced and technically strong Senior Site Engineer to join our team for a high-rise residential construction project in Mumbai.

The candidate will be responsible for site execution, planning, technical coordination, quality control, subcontractor management, and monitoring day-today construction activities.

Ideal candidate: Should have strong hands-on experience in high-rise residential / residential tower projects and the ability to independently manage site execution while coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and the project management team.

Role & responsibilities:

- Site Execution: [1] Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities. [2] Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. [3] Plan and monitor daily and weekly site activities.
- Technical Coordination: [1] Read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings. [2] Identify drawing discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution. [3] Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, project management teams, and execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Quality Control: [1] Ensure construction work meets required quality standards. [2] Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and approvals. [3] Ensure proper execution and rectification of quality-related issues.
- Planning & Progress Monitoring: [1] Prepare and monitor daily/weekly work plans. [2] Track project progress,



identify delays, site constraints, and execution issues. [3] Monitor material requirements and coordinate with Stores/Procurement.
- Measurements & Documentation: [1] Maintain daily progress reports, site records. [2] Verify measurements, quantities of completed work. [3] Support subcontractor billing and certification.
- Site Coordination & Safety: [1] Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, QA/QC, Safety, Stores, and other project teams. [2] Ensure site activities are carried out as per approved methodology. [3] Coordinate with the Safety team to ensure safe execution of site activities.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 7-10 years of relevant experience in building / high-rise residential construction.
- Experience in high-rise residential / residential tower projects is strongly preferred.
- Experience in RCC high-rise building construction [Preferred].
- Valuable knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Strong subcontractor and manpower coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and methodologies.
- Experience handling multiple construction activities and subcontractors. [Added advantage]
- Exposure to large-scale residential projects [Added advantage]

Site Working Days & Time: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM | Sunday off
