Role & responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize integrated media strategies for our FMCG brands. The role will be responsible for planning and managing media investments across TV, digital, social media, print, radio, outdoor, e-commerce, and other relevant channels to maximize brand reach, engagement, and business impact.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in media planning and buying, consumer insights, digital marketing, campaign analytics, agency management, and budget optimization, with a good understanding of the FMCG market.

- Develop annual and campaign-specific media strategies and plans aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Manage media planning and buying across traditional and digital channels.
- Allocate and optimize media budgets based on campaign objectives, target audiences, and expected ROI.
- Work closely with creative, brand, sales, trade marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure integrated campaigns.
- Define target audiences using consumer, market, and behavioral insights.
- Evaluate media channels, platforms, publishers, and advertising opportunities.
- Manage relationships with media agencies, digital agencies, publishers,



broadcasters, and other media partners.
- Negotiate media rates, placements, packages, and value-added opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize reach, frequency, impressions,

Preferred candidate profile Degree/MBA with Design / Development

- relevant media experience, preferably with an FMCG, consumer brand, media agency, or advertising agency.
- Robust knowledge of both offline and digital media.
- Experience managing significant media budgets and external agencies.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and media analytics/reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills., SEO, Social media , Face Book, Review , meta , Video , Data management
